| For the first time since 1972 it is possible to order a polar bear rug in the U.S. We have a limited selection of legal polar bear rugs and polar bear fur and skin pieces for fly tying. All the polar bear products we offer are pre-1972 vintage and are exempt from the Marine Mammal Protection Act and are therefore legal to sell within the United States. When necessary we replace the felt trim and cloth backing and do repairs if needed. Rugs that are beyond repair are "recycled" for fly tiers and craft people. |
