1 3/4" diam. x 7" long, front side has scrimshawed battle scene where victorious Constitution has done heavy damage to English ship (masts are falling, etc.). Reverse side has crossed cannons, flags, etc. and great seal of U.S. plus a banner announcing the date: "on the 19th of August 1812". A masterpiece, horizontal scrimshaw -$30.
