1911 Mammoth Ivory Grips (30C)

Description

A very nice pair of grips with light elephant ivory color and really nice grain or figure that is shown in the second photo, this pristine color and condition is rare after thousands of years of burial. The glare on the tops is from the lights showing the great polish on these grips.  Screws shown are Swirl and can be ordered.  Available in magwell (as is), standard or bobtail butt cut.

Made from genuine woolly mammoth/mastodon ivory from Alaska, and the Yukon. This ivory is at least 10,000 years old and we use only the best quality to insure that they are as tough as modern elephant ivory but, with the mystique that extinct prehistoric woolly mammoth ivory has.

Non-structural fractures, fissures, watermarks and varying coloration are typical of mammoth ivory, just a part of their natural beauty and uniqueness.  Our ivory grips have been stabilized and are guaranteed against breakage for life!
