Mammoth Tusk Section this piece is 4 1/2”  - 5 3/4" tall, the top diameter is 4" - 4 1/4" and the bottom is 4” - 4 1/4" across.  It has a number of layers varying from 1/4” to 3/4” thick that is commonly found in mammoth ivory.  If the section is cut into lengths it will come apart into “plates”or layers that can then be shaped into jewelry o small projects.  Beautiful range of color with bluish bark.
