Description

Eskimo Artifact Walrus Ivory Adze Piece Firebowl, excavated on Punuk Island in the Bering Sea less that 100 miles off the coast of Siberia.  This was made by Siberian Yupik “Eskimo” centuries ago and was “lost”.  It was dug up by a member of the same “tribe”, an inheritance from the great grandfathers, how cool is that!     5 3/4" tall x 2” wide, it has a fire bowl carved on one side where it was used to to start a fire.  Weathered  finish and exudes a rich history from its surface. Phenomenal display piece or sliced for jewelry or hooks.  This piece has a rich history - $145
