Fossil Walrus Ivory Artifact Adze 13

Description

Eskimo Artifact Walrus Ivory Adze (chopping tool) , excavated on Punuk Island in the Bering Sea less that 100 miles off the coast of Siberia.  This was made by Siberian Yupik “Eskimo” centuries ago and was “lost”.  It was dug up by a member of the same “tribe”, an inheritance from the great grandfathers, how cool is that!   13" tall x 3 1/2” wide beautiful color and markings.  Weathered  finish and exudes a rich history from its surface. Phenomenal display piece or sliced for jewelry or hooks.  This piece has a rich history - $775
